The Shareholders of TrustYou rely on OMF in their Sale of the Company to Recruit
TrustYou, Munich, is the world's largest guest feedback platform. It offers hotels, hotel chains and restaurants review based online information and analytic services for, inter alia, their reputation management. The company, together with its subsidiaries located in the USA, Singapore and Japan, has been acquired by Recruit, the second largest internet and media group in Japan.
OMF provided legal advice to the company's founders and the invested financial investors, Holtzbrinck Ventures and funds managed by Omnes Capital.
