OMF advised Finatem on the Sale of Bärbel Drexel
OMF provided legal and tax advice to Finatem on the sale of its portfolio company Bärbel Drexel GmbH to the Belgium-based investment company Damier N.V.
Bärbel Drexel GmbH develops, produces and distributes nutritional supplements and natural cosmetics under exclusive use of natural ingredients, such as algae based Astaxanthin and Spirula. The company's retail revenues in 2016 amounted to EUR 36 m.
